CCD Visual Inspection Module is a high-performance device that is used in conjunction with the M6242 equipment. It is mainly used for online visual inspection to ensure that the IC is placed correctly on the test fixture, identify any abnormal IC loading situations, and prevent damage to products and test fixture functions. By integrating signals of sensors, drivers, and control system, it achieves precise positioning and triggering of the camera. It systematically combines traditional vision algorithms with deep learning algorithms, enabling effective differentiation of IC status defect types. Equipped with high-performance cameras-from capturing an image to obtaining results takes less than 500 milliseconds,which supports dynamic mode image capture inspection, with 8 captures per T-tray, covering 32 chips. When a defect is detected, the system automatically triggers an alarm and stops the machine, ensuring production safety.
