TIM Placement Machine is used to pick and place Thermal Interface Materials (TIM). Pengcheng's Machine even has the function of pressure holding,assembly line width adjustment,and detection, which can be compatible with multiple specifications of TIM and allows to adjust placement angles and pressure holding time. It can detect and alarm in case of PCBA boards mixed or reversed, and the pressure head can be easily removed for pressure testing and adjustment. The equipment can be set via a computer to enable or disable the placement and pressing functions at each workstation, or to perform to directly let the PCBA pass. It also has an alarm function for abnormal situations, such as TIM suction failure, PCBA boards reversed , waiting materials, or misalignment in position or angle, in which case the equipment will automatically stop working and sound an alarm.
